Ok ,its like this. We are dual beings. We have the real self and the impostor self . The impostor self is who we identify with .its our default identity in this reality, we sometimes call this the Ego self.
Who we truly are , is spirit. We call this the
I AM PRESENCE.
AT this junction in time. ., we want to become who we truly are. We no longer are fascinated with things of this world . So what we do is awaken the spirit that we are .and neutralize the impostor identity that we no longer need. In order for this to happen
we have to convince the subconscious mind thru affirmations. We have to awaken our spirit so that we can become functional as the I AM PRESENCE.

i really miss being a child. i miss being really young and seeing everything with beauty, seeing all pure in the world. now it's just hate and depression. i miss my mom and dad hugging me, telling me they love me, making jokes with me, kissing my forehead and the meaningful 'good nights'. instead they just yell at me, tell me how awful i am, and make me feel horrible. the world is a scary place and i just want to sleep for the remainder of my life
