The popularity of this video is a reflection of how endemic low self esteem is and how desperation leads to clutching at straws. Just be yourself, no need to pretend, try to be at peace with who you are rather than chasing snake oil salesmen like this lady.

I thought she was purposely acting nervous in the middle of her talk to do a little fake out with the audience. Guess not. Like the message but she is still clearly nervous when speaking.

I'd lean more towards FACE IT till You MAKE IT then you will BECOME IT

She was nervous at start and again after 20 mins of the video,, she faked like she was a confident speaker and in the the end when she shared her story she got emotional& right when the audience cheersd for her.. That was IT!! She was BACK, she faked it at the start and BECAME confident in the end (that stride in the end)😎
