hey guys what would happen if someone combined the wolf DNA with the corona virus now that has to be the most terrifying thing to ever happen of course
ОтветитьLandis first hired Baker for his 1973 film Schlock. A decade later, after An American Werewolf in London, he got Baker to create the makeup for the now-classic "Thriller" video. Baker turned Michael Jackson and his dancers into creatures of the night. He won the 1st Oscar for makeup design in 1982 for The American Werewolf In London.

This movie is over 42 years old
ОтветитьThe sheer terror & fright that this scene instilled in me as a kid 40 years ago was indescribable, as such deep primal fears were powerfully activated (in conjunction with a hyper active imagination!).
40 years later I still get freaked out, as the desolate rural moorland at night under a full moon & largely enshrouded by a thick impenetrable mist all with that ghastly & horrifying howling of that unseen abomination before the savage attack still works wonders with conjuring ancient primeval fears that lurk deep in my essence.
That is the Genius of this scene. As memorable & frightening as any in history.
That first growl in the dark is terrifying. They can’t see it but by the sound of it we know it is huge, ferocious and they are completely out in the open exposed to it with no help. That’s when they know they are dead and you can feel it. Brilliant filmmaking.

ОтветитьQuestions:
1) Why did the village people not KILL the werewolf since they should know who it is?
2) Why does the werewolf not go to the Slaughtered Lamb since that is where the meat is?
3) Why is Jack walking as an undead since the werewolf that killed him is shot dead?
4) Why did the other victims of the first werewolf not appear to David?
5) Why is David the last remaining werewolf, why are there not other werewolves around?
6) Do actual corpses decompose that quickly as Jack did in the movie?
7) Had David not died, will Jack's undead spirit still prevail?
If this was real life the conversation would have went like this.
Jack "David what is that?"
David "Don't know but I'm out peace"
David went back to help Jack as soon as he got a hold of himself. He was a great guy who didn't deserve any of what happened to him.
ОтветитьThere is just so much right about this sequence. The atmosphere. The unseen horror. If you have surround sound, each time the werewolf growls, it comes from a different speaker. What I love about the attack is that it is brutal and completely animalistic and violent. It’s incredibly realistic of which makes it disturbing. This sets the stage for the audience knowing that David is gonna become this monster.

ОтветитьI love your videos♥
ОтветитьMaybe they should have got the drinks in at The Slaughtered Lamb, laughed at The Alamo joke and not mentioned the pentangle. Jack would probably still be alive now.
ОтветитьThis scene was so phenomenally great . The gradual build on that agonising suspense with those horrible, eerie werewolf sounds until that horrific attack . Nerve torturous terror plus!!!
Ответитьbest movie werewolf!
ОтветитьAre they gonna ignore the fact that the werewolf turned back to a human?? Lol
ОтветитьEiner der besten Filme dieses Genres überhaupt! Zeitlos genial
ОтветитьAlways loved the look & design of this werewolf, the thick shaggy fur & big teeth - how a werewolf should look along with the werewolves of The Howling. I don't think there has been any films that bare resemblance to these since, pretty much everything these days is either cgi or poorly written/scripted & directed.
I do however, love the Universal classics The Wolfman/Frankenstein meets the Wolfman - Werewolf of London which I'm proud to own🌙
One of the most greatest and memorable scenes in horror cinema. To this day it still makes me cringe and squirm in terror and agony. 😍😎💯👍😱😰
ОтветитьOne thing that's always puzzled me is why didn't the villagers kill David then and there if they knew he was infected with the curse. It would have been a mercy.
ОтветитьJack helped David to his feet, turned his back to the monster and when Jack was attacked David ran away. Even though he couldn't do anything he was very cowardly. As a reward, he suffers unbearable pain when he becomes a werewolf. I really liked the way the movie worked "what you do here, here you pay."
ОтветитьCoolest scene i reckon.🤘👍
ОтветитьWhat’s always kinda “annoyed” me about this scene is that if regular bullets can kill a werewolf? Why didn’t these townsfolk venture out years ago and try to kill it ??
ОтветитьHow did David get out of the flat after transforming he must have left doors on the latch

ОтветитьWhat happened to the werewolf that bit David ?
ОтветитьWhen David ran away after jack was attacked? He should’ve never went back to help lol it was literally nothing he could’ve done to save his friend.
ОтветитьThis is why I don't like going camping in the wood
ОтветитьK i need help, 2 decades for me wondering who is the first werwolf. Film credit goes to Paddy Ryan as first werewolf but who the hell is he? I hate the answer, some random and loathe the paris skin head cult member explanation. Please answer my nigh life-long question.
