4 thick bread slices
40 grams salted butter, at room temperature
40 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
Cooking oil to spray the pan

1. Cut the bread slices in half into triangle shapes. Mix salted butter and Parmesan cheese to create a thick paste.

2. Spread a generous amount of paste on one side of the sliced bread.

3. Spray cooking oil on a pan over medium low heat. Place a slice of bread, buttered side down. When the edges turn golden brown, it is ready.

4. Remove from heat and transfer to a cooling rack. Clean the pan before adding the next slice of bread.

40g de manteiga com sal, em temperatura ambiente
40g de queijo parmesão, ralado
Óleo

1. Corte as fatias de pão ao meio em forma de triângulo. Misture a manteiga e o queijo parmesão para criar uma pasta grossa.

2. Espalhe uma quantidade generosa da mistura de manteiga e queijo parmesão em um lado do pão fatiado.

3. Adicione óleo numa frigideira em fogo médio baixo. Coloque uma fatia de pão, com a manteiga virada para baixo. Quando as bordas ficarem douradas, está pronto.

4. Retire do fogo e transfira para uma grade. Limpe a frigideira antes de adicionar a próxima fatia de pão.
