I export the frame and the size of the thumbnail is larger than 2 MB which is not fit in thumbnails when I upload the video. What should I do to reduce the size when export the frame or other way around?

hi, i have created a small video which actually starts with an animated text and the frame is filled with text in about 4 secs, obviously the first frame is empty white frame and that empty frame is been seen as the thumbnail of the video where ever i upload it, is there any way i can change it to a specific frame of the videos it self when i export it from premier pro.
