Like with Bastion, he’s all friendly, even offering to help find twigs for Ganymede’s nest, and accepts Baptiste’s help, even saying he’d think help from humans is a nice change of pace

But then when he goes to compliment Pharah’s Jetpack and she gives him attitude, he immediately changes to a “Fuck you too then” attitude

He does not like Pharah or Junker Queen, Pharah being so self righteous and Junker Queen making a habit of hurting Omnics, but other than them, he’s either neutral or even friendly

Ramattra: acts normal infront of robots

Also Ramattra: kills countless humans and is blatantly racist towards them...

Ramattra is literary just hurt and wants to make the people, that made him and his people suffer, suffer the same amount if not more, but seeing as overwatch is a group of good-hearted individuals that even has other omnics among them he sees no reason to hate most of them.
And especially for the other Omnic characters he has a "soft spot" (Zenyatta, Orisa, Bastion and Echo)

When i saw ramattra for the first time and heard his voice i immediately thought he was a villan

Bastion is referring to the bastion animation. He destroys all of the trees around him and the bird stays with him because bastion destroyed it's home
