ОтветитьI been wanting to get into HR postions but i guess because i have no experience in the field i I have not been able to get the job. I have mostly restaurant and call center experience. Im currently working at an assisted living facility. I have a bachelor's degree in Communications but lately i been thinking about going back to get my Masters degree in HR. I have been lost in my career and im just trying to find something which i am happy in and makes me more money. I need advice how can i start or get my foot in the door with a HR position. Do you feel like i need a Master's degree in order to get my start in an HR role? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
