could this be a PSU beginning to fail?

when i go to device and I go to network adapters but then it does not show power management and I cannot uncheck power management

that is not what is killing mine. every day my network connection and internet stop. nothing is wrong with driver, there are no errors, those boxes are not checked. power managment turned off. cant get it back unless i reboot computer.

I just reset my pc.

WORKED after doing the following
PC was shutdown for 2 days, I started PC and found I had lost network connections from Windows 10 PC to NAS running Debian9 and another Ubuntu 20.4 all located on my internal network.
I rebooted both servers (twice) - no joy,
I rebooted PC - no joy.
Then I followed this procedure on both my wifi adaptor and my lan adaptor - no joy.
BUT THEN I rebooted my PC again and all fully functioning. Joy in abundance!

Note - no other settings were changed and all reboots were logged in this reply. At all times I could use puTTy and gain access to NAS devices.
