This is oddly enough very similar to Rizzoli and Isles, a show I love!!! Rizzoli is a Boston Homicide Detective and Isles is the Chief Medical Examiner and they are best friends. WMC ran 2007-2008 and Rizzoli & Isles ran 2010-2016. And both Lindsay Boxer & Jane Rizzoli are played by Angie Harmon. Again, very similar.
