this looks really great and well done for such a short period of time! Do you have any recommendations on videos about pixel art tricks? The style looks really good and would be keen to get some tips for newbies in the field of creating beautiful pixel art.
ОтветитьCan't wait to play this.
ОтветитьI hope you can make the main character's sprite design closely match their portrait. For instance, in classic JRPG games, you can easily distinguish main characters from regular NPCs even from a distance. Another example is from classic JRPGs or anime; in crowded scenes or places, it's clear to spot the main character NPCs.
Ответитьyour game looks amazing bro well done.
ОтветитьI enjoyed watching this. I've been a software engineer for over 40 years doing productivity and games development for large commercial projects. I'm retired now and going to do a few games mostly as a hobby,
ОтветитьWill this be released on Nintendo Switch?
ОтветитьIt's so incredible what you have been making all this time. I cant wait to see it finished!
ОтветитьI want to play this game now,
This looks sooooo much beautiful ❤❤❤
this game looks super polish !! xO
ОтветитьKeep goinggggg!!!
ОтветитьThis game is extremely nice looking. Makes me want to try it out based off the art alone.
ОтветитьI love the art style -- the balances between nostalgia and futuristic era is sublime . Looking forward to play it when it comes out!
Ответитьthis seems really interesting and the colors are vibrant im looking forward to it
ОтветитьHey! Is it out yet????
ОтветитьFirst of all this game looks incredible and I can't wait to see where it goes! Excited to play it when it's released. As a landscape architect who has just recently begun working on their own pixel art style game this is so inspiring to see!
ОтветитьWe should have "auto-complete" in whatever application pixel artists are using.
ОтветитьWhat engine was used to create this game?
ОтветитьWith all my heart … this exactly what I always dreamed of doing. Creating my own world, storyline and characters. I just got several rejections from universities and feel pretty depressed and like I don’t get anywhere. Watching your videos really inspires me. I might start to play around a little with simple game creations, pixel art and coding. I props will never archive what you did but this video reminded me of what fantasy can create. I can’t wait to play this game once it’ll be out!
ОтветитьGave me a great idea of what to expect when creating something like this! Thank you! ✌️
Ответитьwait, this guy paint all the world by his own, hly sht
Ответитьthis is so cool
ОтветитьWhat creation platform did you use to code your game? Did you code in C#?
ОтветитьWhat did you use to draw the pixel art?
ОтветитьCan’t wait for this game to come out!!
ОтветитьWhat game engine and programming languages you use to make games
ОтветитьSo great, a lot of respect for committing to this 🤟
ОтветитьAre you still in need of music/sound design? A composer? If so I’d love to help out
ОтветитьPlease don't forget about playtesting the actual gameplay mechanics. It's easy to get lost on the art and iterate over and over and forget about that ppl will eventually play it over a period of time, not just look at it.
ОтветитьWell done video! Thanks for sharing!
Ответитьthis video just showed up for me and damm.. I'm also architect, but I haven't been working with for 2 years and I was thinking about do IT in future to work with game because I enjoy a lot... this video just made me so excited to try something like this like tomorrow
ОтветитьYou told us about your first game you developed after deciding to go into indie dev, but you never mentioned....how did you learn unity? What resources would you recommend?
ОтветитьAbsolutely beautiful and cosy looking game. Will definitely pick this one up when it's released, best wishes!!!
ОтветитьThis is very inspiring! Very well done 🎉🎉🎉
Ответитьeaa
ОтветитьThe art style looks like Stardew Valley. Nothing inventive. No toxicity, just saying do better. Challenge yourself. You're a graduated architect, the most rare and succeeding people are who switch industries, but do not discard their knowledge from the previous industry they were in. Use it.
ОтветитьOh my goodness, your journey of developing this game in such a short time span so far is so inspiring. It amazes me how you managed to learn unity, pixel art, coding and all that in just within just 2 years! I'm a year 1 architecture student at the moment, and I also love games (game art specifically)... I wish one day I could use the skills I'll learn in archi school develop something like chef RPG after I graduate too!
Seeing what's in store so far, I'd love to play this game once it releases 😊
I wanna learn how you change the camera view when you go up and down the stairs. How do you do that?
ОтветитьWooow! ❤
It's looking so great!
I can't wait to play it!
Congrats on the progress! ❤
Showing the process and story behind the game. Makes me so excited to play this. I feel like this can be up there with stardew valley and more
ОтветитьThis is so interessting to see game development from another perspectiv. I have the game now on my wishlist on steam.
ОтветитьHow did you learn how to make such clean looking sprites?
ОтветитьAt first I was curious, now I am pumped!
ОтветитьHii, im currently on the 6th semester of my architectural study and things are starting to feel dull. Making pixel art brightens up my mood and seeing this video has given me a boost of creative energy that i needed! Thanks man!
ОтветитьIs this game on steam because I want it
ОтветитьWhat is the name of the game at the beginning of the video?
ОтветитьPeople like you have a very nice taste in life and astounding high IQ. Please stay happy of what you are doing.
ОтветитьHi, could you tell me which software do you use to draw sprites and pixel art? And which is the dimension of the sprites. Thanks!
Ответитьdoes ChefRPG have the potential to be a co-op game??
Ответить
