He prerecords his voice message because that's how insincere he really is. Cherry on top is the Chandler Bing hairdo circa 1996.

ОтветитьI hate this kind of misrepresentation! Why tell sellers you have a buyer when you don't have one? I've had people come in to "preview" the unit for their "buyers" that didn't exist and try to sell me listing services. Truth is that most FSBO sellers are experienced investors who probably know much more about real estate then newbie realtors and it is a huge turn off to a seller.

ОтветитьDon't you feel like you're throwing some of those leads away? I've had FSBOs tell me they'll never list and end up listing. I'd do some comps and come back with a nice quote and a slight commission discount 10 days after that call. I do like your introduction and voceimails a lot though. Very engaging.

ОтветитьIf people are viewing FSBO video's on You Tube. They are going to tell you to beware of realtors like this one. They are going to be calling the seller up trying to get them into a contract. The realtor always try to sweet the deal they can get you more money for your property. I guess the idea or the thought is how they get you to take the bait. So they can get their 6% or more cut of your money for their commission. When a buyer has the property appraise is when your realtor sweet deal will come down on the selling price.
I remember when it came up a hail storm the day after. I heard someone walking on my roof. I went out side there's one guy on the ground holding the ladder. While another guy is up on my roof looking for hail damage. They were going around house to house trying to find business deals. If I was the owner and not the renter. I would have told them what and where to go besides somewhere nice. I would not do business with people that do something that stupid to get your business. Don't call me I'll call you if I can't sale my property by myself.
