On the left hand side of your action bar there is an unlock to add and change skill icons. There is also a a speed adjustment below the chat log window if you want to walk faster...which is nice for videos....

btw, does anyone know where i can find Tichrome? do i need to complete the foundry quest?

It doesn't tell you requirements for crafting because it depends on the materials and their quality and amount of optional materials used, not on the recipe.

Note that clicking on Transfer All when a category is selected will transfer only items from that category - useful for dumping/retrieving crafting materials.
