I have lived in different cities past 20 years, all in North San Diego--From Escondido to the San Elijo hills community to Carlsbad to Del Mar and finally landed in Carmel Mountain. Still found your review informative and helpful 🙂 I did want to point out though that there is a TON of construction going up along highway 56. Going to be on the pricier end but beautiful homes and fabulous area for families

Don’t forget Ramona a hidden gem high country living 👍🏼 but forget about Cali Nevada is better 😂

The entire county of San Diego is a liberal, woke, toilet! Unless yyou are rich and can live in a gated community in like La Jolla , Del Mar etc.
