Work hard during the day, get home for the evening meal and spend time just being there for your family, show your kids what responsbility looks like.

I agree with the general message, but a lot of the "masculinity" in this video was just vain pride, being obsessed with one's appearance for the purpose of being looked at and praised. Be healthy, heck, be strong, but muscles turn into an object of worship at a certain point.
