Hello! Great tutorial. Can anyone explain me why when I deploy the web app with Heroku, the searching becomes case sensitive, while it is not in local? How can I solve this problem? Thanks

thats great i just dont know why you are saving the searchs, its not more properly create a object without persist on the database and return just the query with results instead save each search??

Good video, but why would I want to create a new database record every time a user runs a search? That's how you've got it set up - every time you hit "Search" after building the designated Search model and AR migration, you get "/searches/:id" in the url. That seems like it would be extremely unwieldy.

I've got an "undefined method `search_books' for nil:NilClass" error. Can't figure out what's wrong.
Currently running this on Rails 5 with Postgresql.

First of all thank you for all courses it helps me a lot for my Rails project
I took every course and I get to my limit,
let me explain
I'm stuck in the Research Module advance, I have an invoice
each bill has several products with different quantity (has_many relationship through)
I want to launch a search with multiple criteria I registered the product with the quantity I want and it shows me the invoice with details search
please is it possible to even help me with research track
