I tried your way of configuration and am successful, but when I open Toad am getting "Cannot load OCI DLL: C:\instantclient_10_2\oci.dll". Can you please help me.

I am with Toad 9.7 and installed Oracle client 10.2 on Windows Server 2012(64bit)
