I am new to your channel. Just watching you immediately calmed me. I need to include your VLOG in my morning routine after my meditation. You mentioned having an Etsy shop. I found the name on Etsy but nothing of yours came up. Are you going by another name? Let me know. I'm interested in your sketches and watercolors.

I have been so spoiled by salty smoky and meaty, that all this is so unappealing to me. It just seems like it would taste like paper... However i understand that pallet changes as you eat more plant based. I guess i am a food addict, baby steps for me.

I wet the bottom of a glass with filtered water...and press down lightly on the cookies. The water makes it not stick on the cookie and then you get beautiful pressed cookies....and they cook evenly too. Sending love over the miles....

Thanks for the recipes. I noticed your money plants on your coffee table, but you didn’t remove the outer skins and seeds. I used to love gently rubbing off the two sides, and my mom would save all the seeds. The papery shiny inside layer looks so pretty.

For breakfast I eat lukewarm porridge and then sit in a damp room alone. For lunch, we allow ourselves two handfuls of greens that the rabbits didn't want ... mmm, the taste of not wasting. For dinner, we don't eat anything, but on Fridays we will eat take a pinch of salt and gently rub it into our eyes, just to make sure we are still alive.

I love your videos they're so relaxing and enjoyable! I get confused about trying to eat healthy, so many articles online say 'as soon as you cut, or cook, or peel, fruit and veg it looses nutrients' if you throw away skins that's where all the nutrients are. So I think is it worth time and money if I'm not getting the health benefits. Like when I make soup, I cook it all up, then blend it all, then I sieve out all the bits and I've cooked the veg and am I still getting nutrients? Fresh juices? Is it worth it if the nutrients are in the skins? I hope I'm making sense

Hi! I have recently discovered your videos and am enjoying them very much; so peaceful and inspiring! I noticed that many of the recipes have almonds/almond milk. I would like to share with you and your viewers what I have recently learned about the huge toll almond farming has on the environment. Without knowledge we can't make informed decisions, so I am hoping everyone will share this. This is an article from the Univ. of California, San Francisco Office of Sustainability I tried putting in the link but my comment disappears. Search UCSF office of sustainability almond milk. Thanks for all you share with others!
