How to find the BPM of a song is one of the most common questions I get asked by students when they try to import a beat into their session. Knowing how to sync a track to the grid is an incredibly useful skill and one that every producer should know how to do. I hope this video helps you learn this vital skill! Thanks for watching - let me know below what you'd like to see next!! 👊😎
Ответитьgood
Ответитьim always on some weird shit that doesn't line up with the narrative. Turns out my song is all ambient no beat...then wot?
ОтветитьSuper, I am dealing with some proggy music, so 3/4 and 5/4 ... and such are in play might be a bit more work haha. Thanks!
Ответитьbizarre that we still essentially have to do everything manually. by now ableton should be able to detect the tempo automatically. came here expecting instructions on where to find the "detect tempo" button. :-/
Ответитьthank you! super fast and easy fix.

ОтветитьIts the metronome on beat with me lol
Ответитьhow does a software as complex an ableton doesnt have an automatic function for this like most DJ softwares have???
ОтветитьThanks mannnnn
ОтветитьI hate when they put an extremely dificult number to find on the tempo
ОтветитьI cant believe that Ableton Live doesn't have an easier, automated way to show you the tempo of a sample. Thanks for the workaround though.
ОтветитьThis is so helpful. Thank you so much
Ответить👍😍 Thank you
ОтветитьIs this possible in Ableton? 1. drag in an audio track 2. have ableton place markers where the beats are 3. have the mouse snap to the markers so you can grab 2 bars or whatever and have it loop 4. move the loop around till you find the best loop
ОтветитьThanks bro
ОтветитьYour trick doesn't work for long audios.
ОтветитьWhat if ithe BPM is actually more tricky like 86,7?
Ответитьwhat if the beginning is on time and the drop isnt?
