Here's how to connect any USB mic directly to either a iPhone or iPad and get great sounding audio
ОтветитьMy problem is, I’m trying to record a video of just me playing the guitar singing a song, so I plug in my external mic, open camera, hit record, play the song. But then when I go back to watch it. The audio is completely gone. And it’s not the mute button. It’s for an iPad, 8th gen. Any help and I’d be ever so grateful.

ОтветитьI have a Rode NT + usb mic. I want to directly connect to my iPhone . The cable won’t allow me to. So I bought an adapter . Still nothing . Then I bought a lighting adapter still. Nothing . Now I got just an Apple direct on one end to the mic and the other end directly to the iPhone and still no power . I’m
Confused now and frustrated. I turned on monitor and was able to do vocal testing on the mic but if coarse was getting echo feedback . I don’t have headphones yet . I wonder if that would solve the problem?
I thought the iOS would detect my mic or I can find in a settings somewhere to turn on the usb mic I garage band on iPhone but I guess not .
