ОтветитьEver noticed if you turn your wrists halfway between standard and hammer grip (thumbs at a 45 degree angle) it makes DB curls hit the short head of the bicep the same as an EZ curl bar does...
That's how I've started doing (most of) my hammer curls, being it just feels like im getting more out of it.
(Or I'll turn my wrist at the top of a hammer curl to activate the short head)
