What are your thoughts on Persian cats?

I have a part Persian cat who’s as quirky as they come. Like he got in the wrong line thinking he was in the chinchilla or raccoon line but came out a cat instead. His soft voice and fluffy fur are so adorable. He does indeed like to ‘relax’. I enjoyed this video.

I love my Persian but he is the biggest asshole. He’s an older cat (unknown age exactly) that I adopted about a year ago. He is extremely territorial and will attack my female American shorthair tabby any chance he gets so I have to keep them physically separated. He also bites when I try to pet him and he never cuddles. Lately he has been pooping out of the litter box. He seems and looks healthy so I think his behaviors and bad temperament are due to his previous owner (unknown history). He’s such a menace.

I think my 2nd female cat I should name her,Brijitta ceres.

These are pretty cats.

Now I am certain that persian cat is my spirit animal

J. J. in pic is part Persian with a doll face. He was a stray that I tamed over several years. He likes being outside at night, but doesn't wander off the property. He won't let other cats on the property. Birds, hedgehogs come and eat his food, he is not interested in catching birds, they can be a metre away eating his food and he ignores them. 🐱

Never wash a cat, they hate it and are similar to rabbits in this sense, only do it when they get dirty with feces.

is there any different between a chilchilla cat and a persian cats ? i often get confuse, chilchilla is one of Persians but also different?

Well I have a part persian (was a stray/street cat) and a full persian cat and they're the cutest! The full persian is sooo playful and rarely sleeps or rests but my part persian rlly likes to sit on my lap and is mischievous and smart, she just opened my wardrobe yesterday😂🤦‍♀️

I adopted a free persian cat about 6 years ago now after he was abandoned at a vet's office, and he's a wonderful and sweet companion, but he does have a lot of health issues - the $800-$5000 cost of the breeder isn't the most major cost you'd need to be prepared for with these kitties.
