I Dated someone who has ADHD. She needed. To be on medicine. Her parents were religious and didnt believe in medicines 😮😮. She was beautiful but that Disorder is bad bad stuff. One minute they are fine. Next minute hyper and disturbing 😢😢. Lot of time she wouldnt realize what she was doing till afterwards I had to walk. If true, it's no wonder Joe Jr was a troubled kid. He is literally from incest and the most common ailment in incest kids is low intelligence, poor impulse control and personality disorders.

Calling CPS is, in my opinion, a total waste of time. They do nothing to help the child. I reported extreme abuse of a foster child that l witnessed. The extent of CPS investigation was to ask a neighbor if they ever saw mistreatment
(Of course they saw no mistreatment as it took place behind closed doors) so the case was closed as unsubstantial
& the abuse continued.

The law is way to lax, enforcement of laws are not uniformly applied, and victims are not protected. The offender rights seem to be paramount in the justice system
