Render Transparent Backgrounds in BLENDER 3D

Great tutorial one of the best for this blender tip

Hi There ! you mentioned the solution to transparent backgrounds for animated Blender videos - is to create individual png images, and posting them onto a video-editing time-line with chosen background...

...what about taking these individual png images, and posting them onto Blenders own inbuilt video editor ?

Would this work ?

loved all of your tutorials ....though in this one ..did you use a jpeg instead of a hdri for lighting the scene ?
