Same for women?
ОтветитьThis video is super cool for me. Im autistic so it really helps to have everything shown and described 👍
ОтветитьKISS (keep it simple stupid): 5x5 spent a whole year relearning the exercises and leaving my ego at the door by starting light while focusing on form and adding weight when I’m ready to go heavy
Ответитьbuff dudes crossover
ОтветитьWhere could i substitude with dips or add them to a workout? Its my favorite excercise and im adding weight quickly, which keeps me motivated as a beginner. Greetings from greece and thanks for the coaching
ОтветитьYou guys are rad
ОтветитьCan we all just take a minute to appreciate Brandon’s beard game 👏🏻😂
ОтветитьCheers dudes. Really like this beginner workout routine. It's gets down to the basics of functional movement patterns. Been doing it for 5 weeks now and already slowly upping weights and reps. Almost time to start augmenting this plan with a couple isolation exercises here and there.
ОтветитьI absolutely love rows and tend to favour pulling over pushing exercises. However I've always felt that it's not possible to perform a full ROM t-bar row as the weight itself gets in the way.
ОтветитьMUCH LOVE DUDES!
I just looked for the newest 2023 but you have fantastic stuff everywhere!
Buff Dudes saved my life, true story!
At 42 it's finally time to get back in the gym after 20 years! While working a trade i didnt really need it, but now office-bound, and two young kids I want to be around for, its time to shift my arse and relearn all the things. Great video for us returnees - Thanks @buffdudes.
ОтветитьA note, the bone areas support the muscles, thus that is the point of strength building where the joints could pass the movement from one joint to the next, as ankle to knee, but the calf is the muscles to concentrate on being able to cope with the movements. Also the calf is the area that ends up next the stretch exercises too, to relax again.
ОтветитьJust got back into the game after 5 years and being the stupid fuck i am i thought to myself ”this is easy i got this” and i did a 2 hour workout like i did back when i was active and holy fuck now the day after do i regret not starting off easy😂 I literally cant move, im half handicapped😂
ОтветитьIs it ok to do a romanian deadlift instead of a normal deadlift? I dont feel comfortable doing it, i feel like doing a rdl fits my body better.

Ответитьdo you have a day off between each day?
ОтветитьLove this, watch it everyday for inspiration and to see great results!
ОтветитьHey. My gym doesnt have a squat rack. It has a smith machine/squat machine.
Is it fine for me to replace both front and back squats with machine squat?
Did the first workout and loved it, still getting used to knowing what weights to use for 5x5. I see to either go too heavy and not hit 5x5 or go too light and breeze it. I should be doing the 2nd workout today but my legs are super sore from squats so I'm jut going to hit the workout tomorrow until my body stops getting doms
ОтветитьI kinda wish you guys added times stamps 😩
ОтветитьCould I add Tris, bis and lateral raises? May Allah bless you.
ОтветитьWhere is tricep and bicep training in this Workout?
ОтветитьJesus loves you guys and died for you guys 🙂
ОтветитьThanks 🙏 guys, I came across this video a few months ago, I’ve been following it since, I’ve lost 6 kilos of fat but I am gaining heaps of muscle & power, my missus says “my whole body shape has changed & I look amazing!” It has become my gym reference go to for weights for sure, I’m doing lots of cardio to & watching your other vids to add to my gym workouts, cheers Buff dudes, Gary 58 U K 🇬🇧 👍
ОтветитьInstead of 5x5 is it fine to do 5x10 5x8 something like that?
ОтветитьI keep running into info from physical therapists to avoid upright rows and I keep running into workout routines that incorporate them. What are some alternatives?
Also, I'm training for a marathon, running 3-4 days per week. What's the best way to incorporate resistance training? Alternate days? Double up? Pray I don't do squats the day before hill repeats?
this video is wat my skinny/chubby ass needs lol
ОтветитьI'd being doing overhead press wrong for so long. That squeeze at the top makes all the difference
ОтветитьSometimes a good hint if you tell them to keep neck/head at same angle as spine (looking at the ground like 3m in front of them). It naturally makes you break at the hips firsts, stops them over extending their neck at the top of the rep too. Doesn't help with side to side balance tho.
ОтветитьA very popular statement I have been hearing is to stay away from doing both heavy Bench and heavy OHP in the same workout. At least do one heavy and other light if done together due to the front delts being overworked. Is this true before I start this, any advice? Sounds legit to me.
ОтветитьWhat about trap bar for dead lifts??
ОтветитьBruh, there's nothing beginner about this
Ответить@BuffDudes, my right knee hurts with a stabbing pain whenever I perform a squat. I can do leg press exercises, but the squat in particular is extremely painful. What are ways I can work around this, or alternative exercises?
ОтветитьWhy is this a separate channel
ОтветитьI love those Viking guys
ОтветитьDo you guys ship to germany?
ОтветитьIm trying to become a buff bastard.
ОтветитьHey guys thank you so much for this plan, bought it & I’m excited to finally get in shape!
My question is i’m not even able to get into a deep squat on my own, I fall backwards, so should I use no weight or very little weight to start and maybe only 1-2 sets instead of 5? this would apply to all other exercises right? is this plan also doable with only 20lb dumbbells to start? It’s all I have before investing in a home gym! Also should I not even worry about nutrition for the first month and just eat normally before cracking down hard and counting calories and macros?
thanks a million, you guys have taught me a lot and been a huge inspiration throughout the years!
I love the in depth info on each workout this helps so much
ОтветитьI’m curious as to why it’s bar flat bench twice a week instead of dips on day 3
ОтветитьI find your lack of breath disturbing...
ОтветитьLmao I don’t understand. Where do you start. God with these guidelines my body will be completely disproportionate
ОтветитьAmazing 👌
Tho I had a question
I really want to workout more than 3 days a week.
At least 4 or 5 (right now I go 6 and it's been only a month since I've been going to the gym but I love it it makes me feel better about myself)
So what can I do about extra days that I want to workout??
I just restarted my gym journey after taking a few years off due to life stuff, and a friend recommended me your channel.
This is gonna be a HUGE help for me getting back into the swing of things, and I'm glad you included the alternatives to normal pull-ups, because I'm more than just a little bit overweight right now, and my shoulders would leave the chat if i tried to do a normal pullup.
Thanks for doing what you do!
Hamstrings? Glutes? For lower back safety and muscle balance?
