ОтветитьIs there a video on using sweet potato instead of bread for avocado toast? I really want to get rid of bread in my breakfast but somehow I’m addicted to bread. I use it for peanut butter toast or avocado.

You are the one making yourself to be in the good shape and for you to stay longer as well in this whole wide world. I am so thankful to myself because I value everything and do care so much. I am a disciplinarian when it comes to loving yourself. Pushing yourself to be in that way is a good indication that you thinking of your future to come. But, I’m my opinion you might wanna hold off on doing and suggesting some of the practices you mentioned. I’d suggest you’d research a little more to get a full insight on what your actual giving the people. ОтветитьI have scoliosis and muscle spasms too and I was born with the scoliosis and it just came out in 2017 and it’s very hard to do anything anymore because of it too but I am in PT two times a week to help me out with my my problems !!!

Bathing warm water before bed gives me a very good night sleep !
Eating bitter berries in my organic food helps me a lot ! Once in a while taking a bitter aloe vera belly cleanses my colon.
I switch off my phone before bed time and use dim lighting saw that in your tips. Thank you!

ОтветитьSorry I almost subscribed your channel but when you said “keep healthy snacks near” but your snacks are fruits. Fruits contain too much sugar and no sweetie you can’t snack that many times through out the day. This is why you can’t burn fat bc your insulin keeps spiking up too many times.
