I stopped watching when you began doing your make-up also i didn't watch your sponsor info
ОтветитьI'm not even 12 minutes in and I am wondering how CPS was not called on this family after the show was aired. Like. How were they allowed to keep their kids?
ОтветитьOmg I remember this episode 😮
ОтветитьIt is so irritating watching you put on your makeup.
ОтветитьWild how she’s trying to make good parenting sound so scary
ОтветитьI can't speak for others, but Express VPN did not work on Netflix for me.
ОтветитьWife swap isn't fake if that was truly the way they lived. Then they were fully emersed to another reality after being so isolated. That wasn't fake to them. Im thinking he really saw how controlling his mother was and maybe the younger one always agreed w his mother or thought he saw his younger brother as her favorite.
ОтветитьJust because he was "happy" and "living independently" from Kathy's rules, doesn't mean he was free from judgement, harassment, memories, childhood PTSD, and whatever other horrors that farm held. That kind of trauma doesn't go away just because you turn 18. The pressures of adulthood keep that stuff alive and well, there's no reason BOTH parents shouldn't help themselves to a big ol scoop of blame for not getting these kids into trauma therapy ASAP, regardless of their age, period.
ОтветитьIt is possible to make a video without painting your face. I would even say it's preferable.
ОтветитьLove th light ginger xx
ОтветитьThey should make their own pies and cookies if they lived off the land
ОтветитьWhat's with this putting makeup on while telling a story. FFS,
ОтветитьHonestly their lifestyle isn’t that strange or shocking. There are many religious communities that choose to live off the land and keep modern influences out. Where the Stockdale’s cross into abuse territory is in not allowing the kids to socializing with any other children, ever. Even Amish kids can have friends and get time to play and just be kids.
ОтветитьPlease tell me this family was not associated with the IBLP!
ОтветитьBrand new viewer here, and I just have to say what a lovely young lady you are, both inside and out. You seem very well grounded and I hope you maintain that as you progress throughout your life. It was a pleasure watching you tell us this story. As horrific and sad as it is, you told it with compassion and empathy and an honesty I find very refreshing. So thank you and good luck to you pretty lady,
Ответить"Wife swap" you know darn well some were intimate.
ОтветитьI'm new to this channel. This was such a strange and sad story. Is Danielle always doing her makeup in her videos?
ОтветитьRap is bad for your health tho. Can’t fault the mom on that one.
ОтветитьIt irks me having to watch you put makeup on while discussing this!!! 😮
ОтветитьClearly these individuals who live as children but are adults would laugh at marriage because commitment is unknown to them.
ОтветитьHaving them look after ‘babies’ is not uncommon. It used to be a tool to show a bit of reality to youngsters who thought a baby would give them the love they were missing . However, babies take, they do not give or know how to give and young girls would not realize it until after the fact. babies are sleep stealers and a lot of work, if you do it right.
ОтветитьAll reality shows have scripts and points of view for each person to adapt to or leave
ОтветитьSeriously, fast food is horrible and many people are learning to eat food from their own farms. It used to be how many people lived and it was not called abuse or being strict it was called life.
ОтветитьSo they were prevented from eating crap and watching crap astonishing.
ОтветитьSpeaking as someone who heard that kid's rap, the lyrics were pretty damn shameful, dude was terrible, lmao
ОтветитьLots of these really strict religious types get much more AFTER they have kids…they start thinking omg the KIDS we need to raise the kids right…like Jim-Bob & Michelle Duggar, who decided that the reason Michelle had a miscarriage after they got married was because
she wore a 2-piece bathing suit or they kissed before marriage or some such made-up christian woo like that.
I am 100 percent for homeschooling because of the indoctrination camps aka schools and what they now teach! One of my children is homeschooled and he loves it! My other child loves being in school ! I dont agree with controlling the kids the way she did but i can see all comments about homeschooling and honestly alot of kids prefer it these days !
ОтветитьI remember show was wild 😂
ОтветитьHave you HEARD Rap music.!!!!!
Some of what you are criticizing as too strict is a prudent way to bring up kids.
No television is GREAT!!!
Also, if they don't know certain sweets from the store don't exist, how can they miss them....
This is Not to say that I agree with the way the Stockdale's went about it....
I find it odd that you are doing your makeup while telling the story of a murder 🤨
ОтветитьHow did they know about wife swap if the didn't watch TV ?
ОтветитьSomething happened to him that he snapped. How else can you explain it. Who knows how they were disciplined raised in an extremely strict house under dictatorship ? I feel bad for the kids. All of them.
ОтветитьI remember that episode
Ответитьwhy do women think everyone wants to watch them put on makeup!?
ОтветитьHey, just an fyi, you don’t have to shill your sponsor for 2 minutes straight. You have 1.1 million views on this video. That means you wasted 2.2M minutes of your viewers lifes. In other words 36.6 thousand hours/ 1,527 days. This rounds to 4.2 years of your viewers time that you wasted on just this video alone. Please try to be more respectful in the future. 1 minutes of shill per video plus the adds we have to watch is plenty. K thanks!
ОтветитьMom was even more strict than the Amish!! Even Amish kids can have treats and more fun foods. I bet the Amish looked like sinners in her eyes!!
ОтветитьWhat a crazy story. It’s one of those true crime cases where there is no clear motive.
ОтветитьHere's what gets me: If the Stockdale Fam was so strictly religious and all, why would they agree to a Wife Swap episode of all things?
ОтветитьInteresting video. Y’all didn’t know reality shows are never “reality”??!?!😂
ОтветитьI don't understand the doing make-up while reporting trend. It has nothing to do with what you're talking about 😒
ОтветитьI have to say I don’t think that what the family went through was extreme. As far as the way the mom raised her children anyway. What happened afterwards is just short of amazing.
ОтветитьJames reminds me an awful lot of Heath Ledger
ОтветитьFunny how you emphasize how reality shows fake reality while you show everyone how you transform your face. Irony!
ОтветитьWhen youre so religious that having kids makes you think youre God and can will them as you please through manipulation and guilt. Why arent these stories warnings to others? Dont get so caught up in a belief that you forget youre human.
ОтветитьIt's not just reality tv that is this fake. Actually, ALL journalists do the exact same. I have been interviewed several times in my home, and each time they would rearrange furniture and decorations, tell me what to wear, made me hold items and look a certain way. It's disgusting. Only the very first time I fully complied as I was just a bit stunned since it was just an unplanned thing.
Similarly, a friend of mine featured in Beauty & The Geek. At the end of each episode, there's an elimination quiz. He made it to the final, and they went into the last question with equal points. The other guys pressed the button faster, but gave the wrong answer. So they got to answer and his girl got it right. Then the presenter misspoke. The recording was cut and they had to do the take again. True to their word, they allowed the other guys be the fastest to press the button, but this time around they gave the correct answer since now they knew. So my friend ended up being booted off the show because they didn't feel like doing a third take of the scene. He told me a bunch of other framed things, like how the daytime footage is all 100% fake. There would be a production assistant near every couple, but they didn't have the budget to have 20 camera crews around. They only had 1 on location, or 2 on a busy day. The production assistant would take notes, then when she had enough, she would page the cameraman to come over and then she (sorry, they were all women) would instruct the participants to reenact things they had said before, but with slightly different wording, in a slightly different setting (or even a completely different location) and with other instructions including touch and intimacy. The guys were also always subservient to the girls. They always had to get out of their way, bend over backwards or even betray their personal values to fit the narrative of the production assistant, while that narrative would be based on what the girls wanted. It must have been a disgusting experience.
I suggest you actually WATCH the episode that you're going to comment on. It's not 100 tokens to listen to a radio show, it's 20 tokens. Even though I don't agree with how she was raising her kids, you make it seem like she's this horrible person who didn't let her kids play, yet IN the episode, they could be seen playing. Next time, actually DO your research. Get sources, or even contact the family themselves to give them a chance to comment on their life on the farm.
ОтветитьWhat was Jacob’s diagnosis when he received treatment? I would say that’s relevant in this story.
Ответить
