We know from prevoius comments by Russia that North Korea has provided longer range ground based artillery rocket systems and rockets than Russia posessed and probably in the early days of the SMO before the Russian militaru factories ramped up their operation artillery shells of a calibre to fit Soviet artillery and T52 tanks and that Russia is providing them with military technology in reture. And why not since they are long time allies, is only NATO allowed to arm Ukraine and provide troops sheep dipped to be voluteers. North Korea has probably sent some troops to give its top generals and officers a first habd experience of war against NATO in prpeparation for NATO interfering in Asia but there is nothing new in this.
