I had micro coring done around the mouth. Not true that it’s only a 3 day recovery!!! There was a lot of swelling and bruising. Swelling was down after maybe a week. But Took weeks for the bruising to go away. Also the area has had a persistent pinkness, even months later. Also the skin seems to be drier, or the ability of the skin to hold onto moisture is worse. Never had that problem before in that area. I would be very wary of this procedure if anyone is considering it.

Dry fasting does work to tighten skin. I'm living proof. My stomach and jawline skin is much tighter after dry fasting multiple times. Fasting has been around for over 1400 years. It's from God himself.. not man. I would think he knows way more.

I unknowingly lost weight, probably too rapidly, during the pandemic so I am pretty much Clueless. Stadion and War mostly sweatpants and baggy clothing and noticed a dramatic change in my weight when I head to put on Street clothing to go to a doctor's appointment. The clothing literally nearly dropped off of me and I was in shock and I do believe it caused some loose skin. What do I do? Let me review this video again.

I think people in the US dont care much for sculptra, radiesse and other collagen biostimulators. In Europe and here in Brazil, it is part of everyone's year, and super popular and it is amazing long term.
