What if the export button wont show up?

I bought the newest ipad to do my editing on in capcut. I edited a video in capcut on my ipad, and then uploaded it to tiktok - it published blurry. Can you explain how to fix that? The video synched to my icloud on my phone and I ended up uploading from my phone to tiktok. But I want to avoid doing all that because that is the whole point I got my ipad. I can't seem to find any videos on my issue.

On my PC the export box is so long I can't get to the bottom to export can I edit the size of it?

I feel like capcut compress the video when i export it, I can’t believe 2 min video is 90mb only! If i do that in the phone it would take 200mb, what should i do to export it the same size without it compress it self?

i have a issue. i've been working for a few hours on a vid, its done now and exported.. it plays smooth on my pc. but on yt its choppy as hell not matter the Quilty setting . if you have time i'd really appreciate any advice or help

man i wonder why the file size in cacp cut is always les than the original clip?? even if i dont change anything and convert the default clip, it comes out with a less weight! I dont know if the quality itself changes, but the size is definitely smaller, so waht should i do?? i chose the best settings and my 400 mb file comes out in 200mb
