Wow. A 13 minute tutorial that actually shows you most you need to know about a daw. Thanks for the incredible tutorial!
ОтветитьYou can’t tell me your not the cowboy mayor from family guy 😂😂
ОтветитьNow this is epic
Ответитьi started cakewalk i didnt even what button does what, but when i watched this everything changed. and this is only 13 minutes. INCREDIBLE
Ответитьi love the narrator on this, if you are reading this rn, i hope you have a successful career as an artist
ОтветитьAwesome! Now I feel like making music and eating fried chicken <3
ОтветитьI didn't see anything about adding guitar or drums without midi
ОтветитьNever shows how to get out of piano view
ОтветитьHow do I remove the beats that’s okay I record?
ОтветитьThat voice was just annoying. Sorry
ОтветитьThank you! This is very comprehensive, brought to us by a nice voice ❤
Ответитьjust starting my podcast this year thanks for the tutorial
ОтветитьThe robot grandpa voice they used to narrate is perfect for this long running software. 🤣
ОтветитьIv no idea how to use it ..I managed to link up an midi keyboard and change some sounds that about it
Ответитьwheres SYSX view?
Ответитьlove ya, thanks
ОтветитьDidn’t know Morgan Freeman used CakeWalk
ОтветитьGood tutorial while some steps are a bit fast (and therefore unclear) for people who just opened the program for the first time.
I believe that people who are familiar with DAW's love it. My first impression is that the program isn't as intuitive as it could and should be.
Right from the get go it's a hassle to get it to make some sound. Then 6 minutes into the tutorial I want to make some noise with the bass guitar, just to find out that below a certain note on the piano roll it just doesn't work at all. It took a while to figure that out. I'll keep recording live instruments and align the tracks in the Fairlight page of DaVinci Resolve. This is more work, but much less frustrating.
It's the first time I was watching video about Cakewalk just to compare FL studio and Cubase with this one. So far, it looked like the middle ground between these two, especially the similarities of step sequencer with FL and interface build with Cubase
ОтветитьIs there any software close to mixcraft?
ОтветитьI record with Electric Guitar, Bass, Acoustic Guitar, Digital Drum Set, and other instruments. How do I record with those instruments? Is it possible to remove all the added apps and do manual instrument recording? That's what I need.
ОтветитьIf there were ever a software type that needed it’s ENTIRE standard look and design redone it’s DAW software. They all look the same and they’re all complicated as hell.
ОтветитьHoly feck, I thought people were exaggerating how like, oddly "professional VA announcer" your voice sounded. Do you have any experience in that sorta thing, or is that just a product of trying to be very clear while explaining stuff?
ОтветитьGood tutorial. It's kind of interesting to hear an older American accent speaking with Indian English phrasing and vocabulary.
Ответитьngl kinda sounds like the pacer test guy💀💀💀
ОтветитьThis will be a fun new toy
Ответитьthankyou
ОтветитьFabulous tutorial
Ответитьstill confused, lol. Let me just drag out my old keyboard😮💨
ОтветитьI'm so about to subscribe just to hear you talk fan
ОтветитьIs there a way to generate silence in cakewalk similar to audacity? Great content btw!!
ОтветитьNew to DAWs and makin musik overall, but not playing instruments. MIDI is when you record in from a guitar as example? Do you have any good tips for that or did i miss it? Thanks
Ответитьhit the griddy
ОтветитьGoofy has such good tutorials.
ОтветитьWell done! Thank you
Ответитьso right at the start tracks are imported from a window that appears magically from nowhere. So already I am lost.
ОтветитьThis program still exists? I remember using this on windows 98 back in the day but I think it was called something else back then
Ответитьi didn't know if the narrator was human or not but thanks for the intro!
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьI have down loaded and installed Cakewalk three times now and I can not get any of the built in instruments or drums or anything. What am I doing wrong?
ОтветитьDo we have music notation?
ОтветитьCan this DAW add dll. files and plug ins so I can use the guitar amplifier
ОтветитьNgl this is the best beginner's tutorial for cakewalk, period.
ОтветитьAlso step seq needs a better way to change (drag and drop) drum wave files.
ОтветитьAnother thing: A lot of us don't want to see all that clutter when working in the piano roll. They seriously need to change some things about the workflow
ОтветитьShould be able to drag notes around after placing them in the piano roll. So much they need to improve for beat makers to work at a faster pace. Team must be artistically brain dead.
ОтветитьIf only they adopt FL's piano roll technics and update the arranger somehow...the beat making process is still a little slow for my liking. Back on the shelf till another update I guess.
ОтветитьI'm not a user of Cakewalk (YET!) but im starting to wonder why I pay for Ableton other than the fact its Mac & PC.
