I remember reading Terri’s first book probably 15 years ago, and she described how she had her own mountain lion for a while until it grew up and became dangerous.

Its nice to hear Terri sharing about HER OWN work as a wildlife warrior, even before she met Steve. I recently read her amazing book Steve and Me. Its a beautiful story. She's an incredibly strong lady.

Melina is one of the biggest puma’s I have ever seen. and females are usually smaller than males. That is a great specimen I hope to grow mine as large as hers. Mine is a female also and only about 8 months old.

We still remember Steve Irwin. We saw him first on television in Bangladesh. He was the person who inspired us to love and show sympathy to animals. His early demise was very shocking to all animal lovers around the world. Man departs, but great deeds he leaves behind remain alive for time immemorial. Steve was such a person who was so wonderful, energetic, brave, and ever smiling human being.

You can see why she and Steve fell in love, they both had a long-nurtured passion for animals, especially those misunderstood

As much as i love cougars... No pun intended lol there is no need to worry about their populations in any of their inhabited stated not to mention canada and alaska... They are notoriously hard to hunt and even track and the only ones who come into conflict with humans are in not cougar hunting states ie california... Heres an experiment for ya go pull 15 stray cats a week out of new York city. 15 to 1 rate at which cougars are hunted "if not less" and compare notes. Cougars are bottom of the list of speacies we need to worry about
