There are two more Treasure Hoarder groups at the bottom of Dragonspine right next to where you fought those.

There actually is another place with treasure hoarders on dragonspine, you just need to follow the "river" southwards from where the others are located (the ones next to the starsilver ores). I just found that place today when exploring Dragonspine on my new account.

You can use wind catcher gadget to reach that chest. Also if you are allowing the shop you can technically get materials from other regions to rise up characters. But I don't think you should

If you have a blue/yellow leyline at stormterror lair, there’s a whole group of treasure hoarder spawn from the ley line.

Just a suggestion from me, perhaps you can fully explore every area of monstadt in 'monstadt only' then the next series would be you continue to liyue and complete liyue only and just liyue. you cant go back to monstadt again?? Then after 100% exploration in lieu, proceed to inazuma only and so on~~

u can get treasure hoarder loot from some leylines too!

as i am understanding you unlock a new region after a certain abyss floor my question is can you go back to regions? or would it change to Liyue only and so on because I think it would be interesting if you could only finish everything during the time you were given to do the region and then only coming back to that region for domains events and other resin content but not such things as world quests and chests
