T7 RNA Polymerase & in vitro transcription (and more)

Great talk. I am having 2 different mRNA sequences, one code for heavy chain and the another one code for light chain of protein. I am wondering is it possible to transfect both the mRNA chain together with lipofectamine messenger max and expect to see the protein. And can I use Elisa to detect it.
