How to Install System Center Config Manager (SCCM) 2012 R2 Step By Step Full

Hello!
I would like to know how to get the required files when installing SCCM, because it shows me an error while downloading these files.
i need a solution to fix this problem.
i have done a lot of research on this but so far it has not worked.
I would like to have some help from you because it is really urgent, I have a project on SCCM, and I cannot install SCCM.

I am unable to get the required files to work properly on the install. The setupdl will not download the files onto my SCCM server. So I download the files on my Windows 10 machine and transferred them to my SCCM server. Tried installing SCCM and they still don't grab the required files.

I am unable to install anything you selected under IIS. I'm thinking Framework 3.5 is the issue. I tried an offline installer but nothing. I'm using hardware and not VM for this machine.

Is putting SCCM on a separate server necessary? Or is it just for learning purposes? I ask because I have only 1 test server to use at the moment and would like to avoid using VM.

How come you skipped the SQL connection portion. Please add it as troubleshooting.

It looks like you forgot to set "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" as the SQL Collation class.
