One I think, moving home can be a good idea trying to juggle everything on your own. It’s a lot, so I’m happy that you have that as an option. I know that you’re friends with Raven Elyse. She mentioned about a year and a half ago that she had been experiencing a slow season, and then she’s pivoting, so I would possibly talk to her about how she got things going again. Lastly haveyou considered moving to a more affordable state I remember previously it’s something that you thought about doing but I know your situation was different at that time.

I moved home when I was 30 during the pandemic. I stayed there for 2 years and was able to double my savings, stocks, and bout a house.

It was a sacrifice well worth it!

As a 29 y/o, I have the exact same mentality as far as buying a home vs renting. I have grown very accustomed to renting and living alone. I also feel the pressure of attaining an asset like that (a home) but the idea of having a space like that alone is just not what I envisioned for myself. But I also refuse to wait on things know I can’t control, to do what I need to do for myself. This was a good update/girl chat. Good luck!
