I'm really enjoying your videos. Do you recommend any of your videos to give relief for pins n needles in right arm and index fist fingers?
I'm sure it's caused by my neck and pushing shoulders together often can help.

Appreciate your thoughts:)

Thanks 🙏

I am definitely a sceptic when it comes to exercises having found physiotherapy exercises to be almost 100% useless to me but my neck is so stiff now, and has been for the last few years, that reversing my car is something I try to do using my mirrors and even looking right while doing a left turn in my car is painful, so I thought there was nothing to lose by doing some of these stretches. I did them initially without doing the number of recommended repetitions but within five minutes realised it had made a difference. The real proof was going to be when I was behind the wheel of the car and I am still astonished. My neck has significantly freed up. I'm working my way down as there is some pain in my upper back. Thank you so much. I have ordered a tennis ball :-) I am feeling motivated and today is day 3. I literally am doing 10 to 15 mins each day which is doable and instantly rewarding. THANK YOU THANK YOU

I want to give you the biggest thanks in the world. I have had off and on neck pain for 2 years. It debilitates my day as I cannot sleep well with it.
I’m very active so it put me in a depression. I’ve been to a chiropractor weekly, massage therapy twice a week. I also tried stretch therapy and physical therapy but all this was just bandaids for the true issue.
Your video was the cure!!! I can’t give you enough thanks!!!! You are literally turning my life around. God-send video right here people!

Dear Doctor, I greet you!. Here are the first results and questions!
When I stretched out my relaxed arm to make a Shoulder Scoop , I found a very strong pain in the muscle inside the arm, all over from the collarbone with the shoulder blade to the fingers.
I could barely straighten my fingers and keep my arm outstretched.
I did this for 10 minutes and only then could do a little stretching.
This is very strange, because I didn't feel the stiffness of the muscles and pain when the hands are active and the muscles are turned on.
The pain occurs precisely when the hands are totally relaxed and I just pull them to the sides.
Apparently this is my most basic problem in the upper body.
I also started to do your other exercises and this gives me an obvious result!
But what could you recommend in addition to this problem, please?
Now I think that's why I have a problem with my neck and shoulders and a headache.
I sincerely thank you for your care and professionalism.
❇️🙏♥️🙏❇️

Felt a pop in my ball and socket shoulder joint. Felt heat surge just above the occipital area. Felt sinus release Heard several small cracks mostly in my left shoulder, one pop, lower clavicle. During hip lift felt a huge lift upwards and inwards in the rectus abdominis muscle. What does this all mean?

Thank you Dr. Rowe! This and other of your videos are helping me deal with the aftermath of 39+ years of working at a GIS workstation! I have always been active, especially in the outdoors, but at 73 spine-related pain has become more distracting. However, I'm getting actual relief since consciously pursuing relief through your instructions.

So I've been a roofer/ shingler for about 18 years and about seven years ago I had fallen two stories but when I landed I landed on my side like the sleeping fetal position, so when I fell it knocked the wind out of me and my shoulder and neck really hurt for about three days and I never bothered to go to hospital. So now this many years after I'm having serious shoulder pain and lots and lots of cracking bones in my neck and shoulder area. For example if I'm sitting down normally watching TV or something, around every ten minutes I can sit forward and vrack the Same spots over and over again. I need to know what I should do and if this can be serious if I just keep waiting?

It’s encouraging to know how much our spines can actually take, if you’re safe. I used to be worried about hurting myself.
