Regarding tow ratings. In Europe the tow rating is ultra conservertive. While it "says" 1000 kg it is rated for 1.5 that for safety. In the US tow ratings have no safety factor. So you can safely tow 1500 kg, if you compare it to other US cars which are also towing 1500 kg in the US.
Hope that helps :)
Which road is that, which has the wrong speed limit?
ОтветитьI can be wrong but, as I understand it, this V12 consists of 2 'stacks' of training, one for 'city', which is the latest, best iteration, and one 'rural', for that kind of driving and 'interstates', which is still stuck back in V11 performance levels. However, I have read that with the next version of V12, which is V12.5, both 'stacks' will be integrated into a single one and be the best overall so far. The V12.5 is supposed to be a near-term release within 10 days or 2 weeks so, I'll be watching.
ОтветитьRocvo I Love You So Much But You Are Ignoring Me I Dont Know Why 🥺🥺🥺🕉️🙏
ОтветитьIf you press the info button on auto speed offset, it should say that it considers the FSD profile
ОтветитьReally looking forward to testing this out myself... would like to see this in a city driving scenario!
Ответить🤔I realize the FSD upgrades are ongoing, but (viewing this vid) one has to MARVEL at the monumental LEAPS in technology that others take for granted. Truly amazing 👏👏👏
ОтветитьTowing without tow mode?
FSD while towing?
I didn’t know either was OK. Cool. maybe.
So you still have the Intel Atom? I wish they would offer an upgraded MCU for older cars.
ОтветитьThis is the first video I watched of Tesla FSD. I think it's really good. However, I think the level of attention needed to monitor the car it seems more stressful than just driving yourself. Myself I would be worried about the glitch that puts me and my family in a ditch. Cool tech I just couldn't relax like I do when I'm in control. Great video
ОтветитьI don't quite understand why you would tow a trailer with a new release. I would think so you would be comparing apples to apples you would do a separate video for a trailer. My opinion to be better if you drop the trailer somewhere put some videos out with just the car non-towing. I get it telling a trailer could be a useful video for such a big release it seems like it'd be better to start out with no trailer. Just my opinion good video though!! 🇺🇸✌️
ОтветитьI'm so jelly! I'm checking my app 5 times a day for the update!
ОтветитьNo turn on red light, but most people don't obey😆 LOL! I'm gonna call that a success. What would the car do if there was a car coming from the left or right at the no turn on red intersection or if there was a police car behind it?
ОтветитьNo Turn On Red sign should be prohibited altogether. The same as turn on red light generic rule, without any confirmation sign or light. You have crazy and unsafe rules there. What if the sign is: destroyed, covered in snow, turned away, invisible in the reflecting sun, stolen, or you simply miss it? You go by the default rule in such case. And that should be reasonably safe to do so. And your default rule is - sure, turn right on red light. If it is really necessary to keep current ruleset, such an important sign should appear as something more critical, than just a white board with a black text on it. This should be something as visible as a STOP sign, as this is an unusual and alarming situation. Watching this from European country perspective is just painful.
My guess is that these specific signs should be mapped for self-driving cars. Same as STOP signs. Either by navigation data itself, or just added by Tesla fleet whenever they are spotted and confirmed. The same goes for any temporary road modifications, road-blockage, huge potholes, unexpected invisible bumps, etc.
I noticed a similar thing with School Zone speed limits. It also seems like a very confusing ruleset with a lot of variations. And FSD ignoring speed limits there is asking for tickets, so it needs more testing examples in such areas, it seems.
Nice trailer to test with. Awesome its already doing a pretty good job. Cant wait for Cyber truck tow videos with eventually more challenging trailers.
Yours is a good start test case.
At the no turn on red....there was a red and straight ahead AND there was a green for you....both for your lane. I don't understand that intersection...conflicting lights for your lane. What was your green light for while you were right under the red light? I would think it would mean that it was OK to turn right on green since it was not red??????? FSD was using the Green to authorize go.
ОтветитьDoes not slow down for railroad tracks. NOT good .
And FSD is still turning right on red, when a sign says NO TURN ON RED. FSD is clueless
I wonder if it would take your trailer into account on a right turn with a car behind you... probably not yet haha
ОтветитьI agree with a few others who have commented here, Rocco - I was confused when you got upset because I also thought the light was green - and not red - I think the angle of the light at that time of day might explain why the car "thought" it was okay to make the turn. Maybe you could go back to that intersection and do what Chuck Cook does, which is to try that same turn over and over again - and maybe even at different times of the day - to confirm that the car just does the wrong thing in a consistent way ... although, if it makes that mistake just one time, it's clearly not good - you can obviously tell it's a red light, so the car should be able to see exactly what you see - and then do the right thing ... but overall, we're really looking forward to getting this update within the next week or so ... thanks for another great video!!
ОтветитьThe fact that you at pulling that trailer and that FSD is sometimes detecting it as a car behind you actually massively complicates things here and as an FSD tester I think you risk producing an unrepresentative sample of how the system performs.
ОтветитьGuys, come on! :)
Little haze on the lens
This is fantastic. This chages the whole experience. Well done.
ОтветитьHmm dont see blue cruse or Mercedes L4 system or cruse towing a trailer now do we but they are way ahead of tesla bc i dont have to hold the wheel 😂
ОтветитьNo many countries uses turn right on red 😂🤟♥️ super dangerous.
ОтветитьNice. I am having the same issue with right on red. Was so impressed that it was fixed. So disappointed that it is not working any more. We will not be getting 5 - 10x reduction in disengagements if it cannot avoid turning on red when it is not allowed.
ОтветитьMaybe you should grease your trailer.
ОтветитьOne disengagement in 15 minutes is not going to be acceptable. How is this a 10x improvement?
ОтветитьGood Morning Everyone ~ This is Rocco bla bla bla ~
ОтветитьIt's going to have to get better with signs like no turn on red for sure. Still plenty of work ahead!
ОтветитьI also think the car was seeing the light as green. I saw it as green. Perhaps that's a camera thing. And FSD is using cameras.
Ответитьthere appears to be horse in your backseat
ОтветитьIf you watch the video, from that perspective the light ACTUALLY looks MORE GREEN than red. Not until it changes can you see that it was a red light. When you actually disengage it looks as if you are disengaging for a green light. Not until the light changes can you actually see what is happening. 😮
ОтветитьA No turn on red sign is pretty small and not too many on road so probably a little difficult for an AI to learn about it. But I believe it will be improved soon.
ОтветитьPlease test out the chill mode differences.
ОтветитьLove seeing the pup !
ОтветитьCongrats on getting it so fast!
ОтветитьHighway is still version 11
ОтветитьGreat video. NOt sure how many of these you have in your driving area, but maybe adding these items FSD does not handle right to drives would let us see progress over time:
DO NOT ENTER signs
School Zone speed limit by time
Electronic speed limit signs
Emergency vehicles pull over
Crossing Guard/Cop hand signals
Reversing at dead ends
Slow/Stop manual signs (construction etc) inconsistent
Instructions “when flashing”
Cops signaling to pull over
Pothole avoidance
Low height road debris avoidance
Hand signals from other drivers
Slow down for dips
Curve speed signs
Tolls
The no turn on red was disappointing, but I was confused with the green bulb looking lit up during my first watching. I was wondering why the car wasn’t just rolling through. I went back and the red and green lights both seem lit up to some degree, at least to my eyes. I guess the sun angle is doing that? The car seems confused. Perhaps it is seeing what I am seeing.
ОтветитьFSD 12.4 😍😍
ОтветитьFirst daylight FSD 12.4 video?
