Hello, thank you for this video, is the laser module include in your package or not?

Would you mind doing a test on steel to see if after a few minutes it can engrave a name ?

A useless video. All it does is show the laser cutting / engraving. It gives no explanation as to the materials being cut / engraved, or settings being used, so that other owner's of this Laser Engraver woul d be able to figure out how to use the machine.

Hello, I think the laser head is expendables so I want to know if i can perchase the laser head separately.

Ortur lasers suck!!! I bought the 15w LM and it worked fine for about two weeks and the motherboard fried. I contacted them and did the back and forth email walk throughs with their tech support for about a week. He told me that they would replace it and that I would need to fill out a form, that he sent me. I filled it out and waited....and waited...and waited. After 2 weeks I emailed them and they said that they needed my address(really you shipped to me so you have it). Then they say Its in the mail and that I should get it in two weeks....a month later it came but was smashed and didnt work.....long story short stay away from these people. A total waste of $200 and a lot of time.....BUY AMERICAN!!!!!!
