It's Paid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Ответить$14 /month Just for a devtool... ? no thanks... :3
ОтветитьPaying monthly for an add-on, for personal use, is just too much.
I understand that this model works for businesses, but not for students.
As a designer I have to admit I love the UI esthetics, as a developer I just don't see myself blowing up my JSX/HTML with so many classes.
ОтветитьI know it's a short video but just say if the tool costs at the start to save people wasting their time 👍
Ответить@james or @Erwin, the promo code expired. Would you be so nice as to provide a new one?
ОтветитьPurchase yearly using your link let’s see.🎉
ОтветитьBro you can just tell tailwind to ship every css class
Ответитьdamn. i bought windy & tailwind dev tools but the developer is not actively updating the extensions often enough… this one looks nice
Ответитьreally bad
ОтветитьIs this really a problem people have? Don’t most people have their browser next to their code editor anyway, so just change the class in your code and see the result.
Wanna impress me? Find a tool that provides functionality like Twind, where I can do something like group my classes for, say, dark mode inside of parenthesis instead of having to put dark: every. single. time.
FYI - there is no place to enter your discount code (JAMESQQUICK30) in the shopping cart for Tailscan, although there is a current $10 discount.
ОтветитьI can’t find a input field for your discount code. Can anyone help?
ОтветитьHi James, thanks for sharing the discount code for the tool. I noticed that there's already a $10 off coupon automatically applied at checkout. Can you please let me know how to apply your discount code instead? I couldn't find a way to remove the existing coupon. Thanks!
ОтветитьVery cool extension. I liked TailwindCSS when I used it a few times. This would definitely be worth it if I continue to use it!
Hey James Q Quick, when are you going to do a video on QwikJS? It's a perfect fit for you! :)
SURE! A paid software to fiddle around with open source code...... please.... just read a lot about tailwind and get to know the design system behind it, and you don't even need to open the browser to design with it.....
Ответитьthis is brilliant
ОтветитьSerious questions here.
1. Do you work as a developer, or are you just a guy who makes silly pages like the one in this video?
2. Have you ever had to maintain a huge project build with Tailwind? Let's say a tool for insurance brokers that has around 100 different pages, full of conditional logic, etc.?
3. Would you still recommend using Tailwind for a project I described? If yes, then why?
I don't try to insult you in any way. I'm just curious about your dev background
I’m not a tailwinds user, but I’m sure it is possible to somehow disable the tree shaking in the compiler to have all classes available in a dev build locally.
ОтветитьNice Info
ОтветитьThis is odd to me, just remove postcss
ОтветитьI wanted to try using Tailwind for my next project. I might try this out too. Thanks for sharing!
Ответитьi know some tool which convert to tailwind css. they are not perfect to convert and not much matured. i recommend all guys to study css itself not depend on tools.
Ответитьif you keep using this lameass thumbnail hype, im unsubbing
ОтветитьThis should be free and open-source.
ОтветитьPaid? Nah
ОтветитьTailwind users continue to heroically solve the problems they created for themselves
ОтветитьIf only it was free :(
ОтветитьShameless soy face. Why, James? Why you do this?
Ответитьdamn, I was working on a similar tool, another project into the trash
ОтветитьThe website looks like tailwind ui
ОтветитьPaying for such a tool sounds like bs
ОтветитьI guess you're a salesperson now
ОтветитьI appreciate you showcasing this tool, which I admit look really cool and useful, but there is very little to justify this being a software as a service type of model with yearly fees in my personal opinion. What exact "service" is being provided here other than developers investing their time to keep up with TailwindCSS possible breaking changes and major releases which realistically don't even happen very often.
ОтветитьI have no problem paying for the JetBrains All Products Pack every year because that's really important to me, but I'm not sure about an add-on tool like this... although it looks cool.
ОтветитьIt's $49 /year. No free version
ОтветитьNice, but it's not the kind of tool I'm gonna use everyday so, even with a discount code, it's not worth it. The subscription model reminds too much of Adobe.
ОтветитьNot worth it for me at all
ОтветитьStill don't understand inline css in styled components.
Ответитьtoo bad it's a payed product ... if it had some sort a trial period, i would have definitly give it a try, paying for something that i can't even try first, no a big NO for me ! too bad because it seemed pretty cool ....
ОтветитьHey James, Hope you are having good time. I want to expose that you are the one who improve my vision and force any one to learn something greater and more. Not just wrapped about tutorial. I was using very common technologies and to be honest you are the one that forward me to sail in tech stack. Now I use all my knowledges to find a job and if I find a job I will definitely come and comment on your recent video. Thanks James.
Ответитьit is a nice tool but its looks like cheating 🙂
ОтветитьReally really nice tool like the intellisense when you change the bg directly from the page and also to be able to check styles from other sites. But for the moment will not pay for that, maybe in the future….
ОтветитьAwesome tip!
Ответитьstep 1 - This new tool changes my way of doing something , step 2 - heres the discount code
