sup guys, i wanna be prod, making different beats like carti or drake,so i can t choose daw for start, specifically, this convenience and low system requirements are important to me, because I don't spend so much time at home and use a PC, most often I use a laptop outside the house, so I have a question which daw to choose? I am considering Amped Studio, Soundation for myself, I would like to try fl studio, but I am afraid that the experience will be sad, since the laptop is only for work and the browser
ОтветитьWhat do you think about the Steinberg Cubase LE? I had this software because I bought my interface and it comes with free download
ОтветитьLmms is great for vst synths but has no audio record function .You can import wave files but it's fiddly. As for complicated I taught myself I didn't find it too confusing .
ОтветитьJust found this now! =D Thanks for the advice.
ОтветитьThanks for the info! I'm looking for a DAW with only audio tracks for play multitrack stage music, like a tape recorder player, maybe 16 tracks are enough, without MIDI, without VST, only audio. Any suggestion? Thanks.
ОтветитьBandlab wont let me use 2 inputs so I hate it
ОтветитьWhere is reaper?
Ответитьfree=waste of time
ОтветитьYour voice feels like an asmrist
Ответитьthank you you are a major lifesaver
ОтветитьHere's some history: Cakewalk has been around since the very late 90s/early 2000s - easily. I started using it in 1999. Roland or Gibson eventually purchased it before BandLab. So of all the DAWs you discussed, it is probably the oldest, most developed over time. It's definitely older than FL Studio which used to be called Fruity Loops.
ОтветитьMy go to daw is FL Studio 20 👍🎧
ОтветитьPodium is sweet and user friendly -The undo redo function doesn't apply to plugin parameters, though. So, that sucks... I don' t know as far as exporting tracks -the quality and such (like what he mentioned for Oh, studio??)... I'm sure it's fine? But yeah -their forum isn't too active so if anybody has experience with Podium, go ahead and lemme know! Thanks!
ОтветитьI'm pretty disappointed you decided to reduce, to a couple of seconds, a £600 Flagship, Cakewalk Sonar Platinum - now given away, in FULL, for free in a product known as Cakewalk by Bandlab. Bandlab has continued to develop Cakewalk using the same programmers involved in the original program, so the original Sonar Platinum has been very significantly added to and improved.
Again, I have to say it's shocking you have, and still are, ignoring this unbelievable and FREE(!!!) professional DAW. You really need to do a deep dive into this program for your viewers. Additionally, there's years worth of quality tutorials on every aspect of its use free to look at out there.
Thank you. This was so helpful for me, as I am new to audio engineering. Thank you so much! This video is amazing!
ОтветитьI understand people can't afford paid DAWs for some reasons but if you have money I suggest you to buy FL studio because it's interface is best for beginners and you can also done lot of stuffs like PROs
Thank you :)
Most interesting question for me is if there is a track limitation on these software.
ОтветитьHi Guy, Just been trying to download Studio 1 Prime but it doesn't seem to be available. Presonus appear to have brought out a version 6. No link to download Prime
ОтветитьI know how to use daw but soundbridge looks too weak. You need ro resale piano roll every time you open it and animations are just soooooo limited and useless. Waveform is amazing for animations, it can take any VST parametar and animate it or turn it into value so you can make fine tuning.
ОтветитьDoes anyone know of a free DAW that accepts evolution MK-461C? Thanks
ОтветитьSir Can i Record Vocal in FL Studio Trial Version ???❤💙
ОтветитьDoes cakewalk allow 3rd party plug ins??
ОтветитьStudio one prime is 30 free trial bruh gay asf
ОтветитьWhat do you recommend for a complete beginner who wants to create soundtracks for videos
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьOkay well everytime I import the beat to audacity it cuts off…why?
ОтветитьIs there a specific Free DAW I can use if I just want to create virtual guitar and bass riffs, drumbeats, and record vocals all in one?
ОтветитьThis video is super helpful, especially that part about LMMS haha
I tried it about a year ago as my first DAW, and it instantly deterred me from pursuing audio production (simply due to the complexity and high learning curve to it), but now that I know there's alternatives, I'm definitely gonna check some of these out!
Wave Form 11 is best
ОтветитьI've mastered LMMS but I wish there was a microphone support.
ОтветитьHey Shawn Mendes
Ответитьyou can so use third party plugins ive used studui one for a long time and thats what i used most was third party plugins my brother!!! honest trust me !!! YOU CAN!!!
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьFL Studio 20 is best👍
ОтветитьThank you very much!
ОтветитьMulab. Not free but fabulous.
ОтветитьI respectfully disagree about Audacity. It has a lot more features than people realize because everything is in the drop down menus. There isn't a lot on the main toolbar that's visible in the UI. You can go into the settings and add other tools to the toolbar but when you first install it, it does look a little basic. I assure you it has more than this video says.
If you dig around in the menus, you'll find it has a lot of effects and editing power. It can also record multiple tracks and mix those using some pretty intermediate editing tools.
You can use it to clean up a recording using noise filters and levels.
If you have some virtual instrument apps, you can tell Audacity to record the audio channel they're on in a separate track because Audacity has the ability to pick and choose which inputs to record, just like any other DAW.
And, if that's not enough and you're a programmer, it's an open source program. So, if you're into that kind of thing, you can get the source code and customize it.
So, no, Audacity isn't a full DAW. But it is not as limited as this video makes it sound.
It is also free and it has great documentation and instructions on the website to help you learn all its features.
I've recorded, edited, and mixed entire songs with Audacity with multiple instruments including virtual ones. I did all the arranging and sequencing right inside Audacity. You just have to dig into the menus a little and read the documentation on the website.
It's a fantastic little program and the people who work on it take it seriously and are proud of it. Did I mention it's open source? ;)
Don't ignore Audacity just because it looks like a basic Windows 98 program. The UI is deceiving. It's more powerful than people realize. I would put it on par with GarageBand.
studio one 5 prime
Ответитьhmm I can’t really understand… But I just want to find a daw that can connect to my piano keyboard and use the Juno-60 sound. :) Anyone know which one can do that?
ОтветитьCan u tell me is soundation any good?
ОтветитьVery glad you didnt include Magix xD. What a joke it was.
ОтветитьI wish Ableton was less money. I don’t see why their “standard” version is more expensive than most other fully featured DAWs. I like the workflow but not enough to pay 500 bucks for it.
ОтветитьNICE VIDEO
Ответитьplease share the TRUSTED link for downloading these sofTwares
ОтветитьAre we just gone ignore the fact this dude look like a vampire on twilight 🤦🏽
ОтветитьSoon after this Video was made Akai brought out Free DAW MPC beats which is dope.
Ответитьcakewalk for me is just buged out. i cant do anything. once i plug my card in it jsut doesnt work. it cant spot asio drivers. and i cant listen anything
ОтветитьIf you want to send pgm changes to a midi instrument per song(Synth, workstation keyboard,)THIS will not work with Bandlab.
Ответить
