Do I have to create the file? How do I do it in a Windows 10 environment. I downloaded Ubuntu from the Microsoft Store. My Ubuntu window does nothing, even when I type in ls. Sorry trying to learn this stuff. But CRAM and Comptia are not helping me much at all. Thank you!
