This is "pollo a la brasa" its supposed to be peruvian preparation. Even the machine (rotisserie, the metal stick and the chickens rotation) was made in Peru by a swiss inmigrant. The only arabic thing here is the pressentation, bread + sauce.

Even the way they serve the fries, thats very very similar how its served in Peru, fries + salad

So lecker die Hähnchen auch aussehen, aber die leeren Spieße mit der Spitze auf den Boden stellen und dann ungereinigt die rohen Hähnchen aufstecken geht gar nicht. Zumindest das erste hat dann ne Ladung Fusseln und Schmutz abgekriegt.

I don't know about berlin but in Frankfurt I had Turksish rotissire chicken near the train station and it was moist and flavorful as hell. Makes my mouth water just remembering it. Must have had MSG.
