ОтветитьNo matter what I do my thighs/quads grow and gain muscle and definition but not booty! My thighs are very thick always have been but my butt just doesn't grow. I actually don't even really feel my gluten muscles during workouts. I feel everything in front of thighs. Why is that??

I go to the gym 4 times a week, I divide my exercises by muscle groups, for example: on Monday I do 5 quadriceps/leg and back exercises, on Tuesday I do gluteal and arm exercises, on Wednesday I rest, and then Tuesday and Friday again, one day hamstrings and another buttocks. ОтветитьI dreaded adding isolation/accessory exercises because they take more time on top of heavy compound movements. But now I'm so glad I did. Just started added supersets of curtsy & reverse lunges also. Been doing legs 3X a week since January this year and my legs and glutes are growing!

Hi,i love your videos and everything about you ,i was born and raised in Montenegro and i have visited Albania 7 times i have a loot of friends from Alabania as well such a beautiful country with very good people! You look Estern Europian to me ! I would really like you to talk how to loose fat on upper body i am 66 kg 175 cm tall and my fat is skinny fat and it’s placed on my back and triceps mostly i have been struggling to lose that and i am not sure should i exercise more upper body or just stick with diet first ❤ thank you!
