Auron was 35? Weird...always thought he was in his late 40s to early 50s. Since he's spotting graying hair.
Im older than Auron age wise and I dont look anything old and grizzled as he does lol.
Unless he died at the age of 35 when he was younger but somehow still ages as an unsent by the time ff10 takes place.

Worth noting that he wasn't born 35 yrs before the game, he was 35 at the time of his death, as unsent no longer age, that's why he seems quite young.

Whenever something bad happens I say “wonderful” because I heard Auron say it right after they watch jyscals sphere and find out Seymour murdered him and I thought it was cool lol

In my opinion, I don't think Auron story didn't end yet, I have a theory that Auron from Final Fantasy 10 and Auron from Kingdom Hearts 2 are actually one and the same.

35? He could pass for 45 or 50. You can still be strong and spry well into 70.

Halfbreed!? Yevon devotees or followers and the Al Bhed are different cultures not species. I don't remember if Yuna is called that in game but remember one of the themes of the game is that such differences are artificial and are also discriminatory, so take that into consideration and take a position as the characters in the game are called to.

A lot of people say that Auron is a badass. Truth is, Auron wasn't always a bad ass. He was a straightlaced boy who valued his idealistic notions of righteousness far more than anything else. But in the face of reality, his resolve begin to waver. He begin to realize that the bond he shared with his comrades is more valuable than life itself. Still, he gave them up to save the world... only to discover that his sacrifice was for nothing. It is not the man but the boy behind the man that makes a badass.

The moment when you realise you're now only 4 years younger than Auron, but back when you were a 13 year-old playing FF10, thought he was super old.

For me, Auron has always been the silent protagonist of FFX.
He was born on Spira and concocted the plan to save Spira and end the cycle. When he pulls Tidus out of dream Zanarkand and offered his service to yuna he already knows what the plan is.
When Braska and Jecht died and Auron went back to confront Yunalesca he knew what needed to be done after Yunalesca killed him and he crawled off the mountain as an unsent.

Auron doesn't have a daughter because auron is actually gay. That's why he denied that priests daughter and instead chose to travel with braska, a heretic, and jecht, who he may have had actual feelings for.

Auron reminds me of the badass uncle who's always got your back when things get hairy, but he's like a father figure to you.

There's no way gus/guy is 16.. he's 30s to 40s for sure... The 16 years old thing came from a none canon novel that seemed to vastly change his character to make him a younger less imposing character.

Auron is in my top 5 favorite FF characters. I was very disappointed he was never a candidate for any of the Dissidia games.

I feel like his age might be mental rather than physical given the events. He was probably 25 when he fought with BRaska as a guardian and then 10 years passed, iirc, so he'd be 35 technically

Easily one of my favourite characters of the entire Final Fantasy franchise. This was a tear jerker as a kid, and it is even now as an adult

I do love how Aaron is basically an end game character, his story is almost over and he's just guiding the younger generation to the right path.

Just because Setzer had grey hair does not make him old or battle hardened. He's a Gambler. He has not been in Battles. What is wrong with you? He's less than 10 years older than most of the cast. 27. Do your research.
