Did you know that your body has memory and also a direct connection with your soul? Yep, even if your conscious “smart and educated” mind thinks one thing, your core always knows that truth, which is reflected in your body. 🧠

To access this truth some therapies use kinesiology-style muscle testing where the muscle is then labelled “weak” or “strong” based on its ability to resist the outside force. “Strong” can mean = truthful statements, while “weak” means false statement (even if they go against your conscious understanding of the problem).

This test can also be used to access the state of the organs, evaluate nutritional status and the needs for supplements, detect imbalances in meridians and chakras. ⚖️

I often use this test to show my clients that what they believe is true (usually the traps they create for themselves, such as “I need to drink to feel relaxed”, “I am overweight because of my genes”, “No one loves me”, etc..) ---- they are really not what their core believes, and thus are lies that keep us stuck in certain areas of life. Once the person realizes their “truth”- the biggest part of the job is done. They become non-smokers, non-drinkers, non- whatever even before they go into hypnosis. Hypnosis then helps make these realizations permanent by accessing subconscious mind and changing programs that no longer serve them!
