So:
I love Bette Davis, particularly All About Eve.
I love the Disney Villains, particularly the evil queens.
I not only love opera, but I am an opera composer.
And yet.... I'm totally, completely, helplessly attracted to women.

What do you make of that???

Omg I NEVER noticed they were representing gay ppl as a way to make gay ppl look like villains
Now it is so clearly obvious. How did I never notice that before

Does that include the villian in Die Hard. A fop is not necessarily homosexual, like the Marquis in Rob Roy. Following your video I spent some time thinking about your thesis, and I do see a possible connection with the code etc, but inspiration is not absolutely 100%. Like Loouis Prima as King Louie, Sebastion Cabot as Baghera, and George Sanders as Shere Khan. They are great inspirations, but the characters are different in ways. Also I didn't think Shere Khan was gay either. I never thought any of the villians was gay. Remember the Ken doll disco that had a gold fishnet tank top, the gay community adopted him, yet he wasn't suppose to be gay as he was Barbie's constant beau. Things, symbols, physical movements get taken and applied to groups and create stereotypes all of which are inaccurate and sometimes harsh. I know and have met many gay men and a few lesbians, some coworkers my son's best friend (not his lover) and assorted clients and only a very few had the flamboyant tendencies at all. The rest behave like humans good workers, good friends and just plain folks. What someone does in their own time their own space with a consenting adult is none of my business, with the exception of my wife. The faxt that Pride has adopted the rainbow for instance does not make the rainbow gay. The same applies to villians there orientation is a part of them for sure, but bad and gay aren't symonous.

The irony is that Disney's most dangerous bad guy isn't queer coded at all. He's a corrupt coach driver who just happens to own a cursed island and is basically Satan himself.

On a sidenote I predict that this Halloween dark haired women are gonna dress up like Vanessa (Ursula human incarnate)

It's because villains are outcasts and yet fabulous. Gays relate to them because they feel outcasts and want to believe they are fabulous, or want to be fabulous.
Simple.

Or they’re just single woman over 30. I think the female villains stem from pure misogyny and ageism. And yes, probably the male ones are ultimately homophobic. I actually love Ursula, though 😅.

Please make how Batman is actually an asshole and the villains aren’t as bad as him. He is a billionaire who buys sports cars and lets costumes because he doesn’t want to build hospitals or schools. Instead, he likes beating up people.

And for the record, people think I’m “cold and unemotional” and I’m not gay. I’m autistic. We’re often vilified as well.

As a fun fact: Many know where did the inspiration for Ursula in the Lil Mermaid came from, but in the latin spanish dub, there was something else, Javier Pontón, the voice director, just couldn't find an actress that fit what he wanted for Ursula, until he one day saw a performance by an actress and singer, her voice impressed him, it had the evil and androgynous touch he was looking for, and asked her to play the role, to which she didn't accepted initially, until they came to an agreement, that she would be credited with her artistic name, her legal name was Angel Garza, but her artistic name, her real name was Serena Olvido.
She would play the character in all official material for 4 years and would eventually complete her transition. She would pass away in 2008 due to problems derived from heart issues

Why are they so gay? Because they where created by Disney. Didn't they recently come out admitting they want to turn all of our kids gay?

I mean.... The head of Disney said all three of her kids are "queer". Which is mathematically impossible. So clearly this company is run by insane people with an agenda to appropriate the gay culture.

Little off tangent but I often find myself taking sympathy of the villains unless they do something totally despicable (regardless of any gay elements). . Part of it might be that you are "supposed" to see them as evil and I don't want to be "supposed" to think something I have not found out by my own judgement. I have a few people I reclaimed as being good even if they were pain in the ass or just accused of being bad by others.

Disney started off with many of their bad guys being clearly based on Jewish stereotypes. That fell out of fashion after the holocaust and they switched to gay stereotypes. It's a cheap trick to make people hate the bad guy more by playing on existing prejudices.
