Can't hear headphones on Focusrite Scarlett

Ok, cool. So why don't my headphones work when all I did was change headphones? Literally unplugging an old set and plugging in a new one

I can hear other audio through my headphones via the focusrite, but not my electric guitar. The halo lights around the gain nob light up when I strum it, but I can't hear it through the headphones. I downloaded and installed the drivers on my computer. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

what about if I can hear everything BUT I cant hear my guitars though my headphones

Thank you! I did all that you suggested, and it didn’t work. I factory reset my 18i20. This worked, in case people are still having no headphone sound.

For me personally I can hear the instrumental I’m using but can barely hear my recorded vocals at all. It plays perfectly balanced on my laptop speakers.

my problem is that i hav lct 240 PRO by lewitt and my Focusrite dose not want to pick up sound but when i move the cable it detects the sound inside the cable hope u have a solution
