Its crazy that Dragons Dogma 2 and Rise of the Ronin are coming the same day. Its basically the same audience for both, Open world with swords. I will buy both but I doubt everyone can do that. I hope they do well.

Not interested in FF7 until it hits the PC.
And even then, I'll have to consider if I want to just wait out the rest of the series.

I wonder, if I invest in a PS5 game from Square; are they going to pull the same shit as they did with FF7R 1? It is where they create a new version of it with additional content, and expect people to buy the new game; instead of making it a expac. I bought FF7R1 for PS4 and it pissed me off they provided a better one for PS5 and PC. I think they did the same shit with Persona 5; I could be wrong.

For some reason Tekken reminds me of a old PS1 RPG called Legend of Legaia. In that game you used martial arts, through button combos like a fighter game, to defeat your enemies. I loved it, but I have never seen a hybrid game like it since. Edit: I am wrong; I remember playing Shenmue, I think on the DreamCast or GameCube, I forgot. It too was a RPG, sort of, though there is more real time martial arts fighting in that game, and you had to practice those combos you learned.

I Hope dragon dogma 2 will have a better storytelling than the first. And maybe a way to have some sort of good ending without having to run away.

I admit It's really cool that continue forward lead to a bittersweet ending, and I Hope it will be the case here.
But having a "well, I saved the world for the next century, no need to continue" ending could be cool too. It's not a happy end, you didn't stop the cycle. But you gave your era some century of peace.
Like Isildur did in Lord of the ring.
