lol.......the bag trick. AWESOME !!
ОтветитьHow does a person who has had a hip replaced bend their legs the way you showed?
ОтветитьReally bad audio.
ОтветитьThanks for your video it looks like I have to try one of theses ideas😊
ОтветитьWearing dark clothing and demonstrating with a dark stocking makes it very difficult to see what she is doing. There should be a contrast.
ОтветитьI would like a videó about put on and put down a Stocking tights. Please.
ОтветитьI have very tight compression stockings & can't bend at all since I had total hip surgery.
I do not have that thing U used to put on compression stockings.I also do not have credit cards so I can't buy 1 of those items.
So what else can I do to put on very tight compression stockings. Very very tough to get on even with 2 nurses aids trying to put them on.
How can I after total hip surgery do this all alone without that contraption U have to do the job?
I doubt it would even work for the compression stocking I have. They R so damn tight. No one could get them on without tons of effort & time.
The sound is terrible. Poorly done.
ОтветитьHaving people show firm compression socks instead of the easier light compression socks would be more informative... realistically show how to overcome getting the socks past the heels and ankles... or at least show that everyone has trouble with this procedure...thanks
ОтветитьWhat about getting the sock off?
ОтветитьMy hubby had TKR 2 weeks ago. I wish I knew these tips then. What a nightmare putting those stockings on.
ОтветитьI like the plastic bag trick. Thanks.
ОтветитьQuestions: I had a hip disarticulation a month ago (11-2-2022)...a) can you do videos on how to sit and tips and tricks for hip disarticulates? and b) should I wear a compression sock on the skin flap?
ОтветитьHi, Lindsay,
I have trouble getting my toes in too tight and my heel too far up my leg. I have resorted to elastic bandages. My socks are 19-29 mm Hg, ie., hard to apply!
Hi ma'am you forgot to show how you take them off..????
ОтветитьThanks for your great teachings. I learn so much. My Dad made it to 90. Your videos help us care for both parents and keep them around. Mom is almost 89. Blessings!
ОтветитьI was taught using playtex gloves, (the kind for washing dishes) is a great help putting on compression stockings. Along with these aids should work, really slick. The bag aid also, really looks great
ОтветитьGreat video.... I have to wear the open toe style of compression stocking, can you advise me on how to put these on, they are much harder because you cant push your toes into a stocking.... Thanks
ОтветитьThis is fine as long as you can reach your feet. If you can’t reach your feet there’s still no sock aid that’s really useful. As for getting the sock off, if you haven’t got someone to help you, forget it.
ОтветитьThe bag trick is brilliant. And so simple.
ОтветитьVery innovative idea of using plastic bag..
ОтветитьI'll like to see these procedures done by ppl with large swollen feet not someone with normal legs
Ответитьwe purchased TED stockings from compressionsales and a total scam operation, no returns even with complete unopened packaging!
ОтветитьGreat video!!! Gonna subscribe.
ОтветитьThank You! Just started wearing these socks.Ive said some cuss words I havnt said in 25 years.Without your video, this was like trying to stick a wet noodle up a snakes butt.
ОтветитьGreat advice for putting on compression stockings without buying something special. Thanks
ОтветитьGreat information video and I have a little advise about the quality of the video, the right side of the video is brighter and you are in a dark area, it's better to sit away from a bright source like the outside sliding doors and since you are in darkness and wearing a black shirt and showing a black sock on the tool it is very difficult to see how you do it...thank you.
ОтветитьGreat option with the bag too!!
ОтветитьThanks for this video! Very helpful. But my compression socks are a bit too long and would require me folding the tops of each down about 1-2” in order to keep them below the knees. Since I have just been advised to wear these due to varicose veins I’m thinking this isn’t isn’t a good idea because now the pressure at the top is much more than it should be. What is your opinion or suggestion?
ОтветитьI have not had to use compression socks on a patient in many years.. and then this morning happened... 10 minutes and lots of sweat later, I finally got those suckers on the patient. In fun, he was heckling me the whole time. Now, equipped with this wonderful knowledge you have imparted to me, let's see what he has to say tomorrow. 😆😆
ОтветитьThis works for the leg sock as well, thank you!
ОтветитьI watched this whole thing earlier and it never told me which food protein was it potatoes?
Ответитьthank you so much, this makes my life so much easier than rolling all over the bed with people wondering what you are doing.
ОтветитьGreat video. Really liked the creative shopping bag approach. Perfect for traveling. Clever and brilliant! Thank you!
ОтветитьT😷oo bad I could not hear her!
ОтветитьWhere to buy the stand
ОтветитьHi I am frm India,I am a varicose veins patient.Thank you for explaining dear❤️🌹🥰
ОтветитьIt's great except that you did not explain how to take compression socks off
ОтветитьSuch a great explanation...keep it up dear...best one
ОтветитьPlease see my recently added comment on your video "How to install a raised toilet seat with assembly" about specific brands and models of the toilet seat you used that takes the larger bolts. This is an urgent need for me. Thank you in advance! (sorry to put this comment on a different video but I didn't know how often you check the older videos)
