One thing you should always have on hand is dried seaweed, loaded with minerals and vitamins, great to have when you miss meals or dont eat properly, and if you have any body aches, stop drinking coffee for a week, no sugar, except from fruits, no meats, replace with salads (thins and cleans the blood) everything you can think of thinly sliced, mix olive oil, garlic and hummus as dressing, eat for breakfast lunch and dinner for 10 days, drink lots of water with that, stay away from refined flour (pasta from 100%whole wheat only,) all additives and you will definitely get your health back! All the best!

You mentioned Whitespot Pirate in the San Blas, as I recall, she had a few problems in there too. It's hard to believe that as many boats sail to Panama, that those islands wouldn't be well marked! In this day of modern linked wifi and thousands of boats with depth finders and gps, there should be some sort of 'crowd' solution.

The first 2 minutes of this was the most beautiful shots. Looked like you were sailing thru heaven. I brought a tear to my eay.. Thank you so much!
